A study of self-mastery, creativity, expression, and the art of becoming.

I’m interested in what it means to meet the truest expression of who we are—to know ourselves deeply, make peace with what has been, and create from a place of trust, freedom, and abundance.

Who I am

Presence. Perception. Self-trust. Expression.

I'm Oge — an artist, mother, intuitive guide, coach, entrepreneur, DJ, and teacher exploring self-mastery, creativity, expression, and the relationship between inner knowing and how we move through the world.

Born in Nigeria and shaped by years in Massachusetts, New York and Costa Rica, my work has moved across coaching, entrepreneurship, wellness, birth work, meditation, movement, music, and creative practice. I've had the privilege of working alongside artists, founders, executives, wellness and mental health professionals, birthworkers, and others navigating meaningful work, personal transformation, and change.

At the center of my work is a question I keep returning to:

What becomes possible when we know ourselves deeply enough to trust what is true?

As a coach and guide, I work with artists, creative leaders, entrepreneurs, and visionaries to develop self-mastery, self-trust, clarity, courage, and authentic expression. I help them hear more clearly what is already there and develop the capacity to follow it.

My approach has been shaped by years of study and practice in meditation, breathwork, yoga, embodiment, personal development, spirituality, and birth work, as well as my own experience building businesses, creating art, navigating transitions, and continually questioning and redefining what it means to live authentically.

As a DJ and artist, I bring the same intuitive relationship with energy and expression into music. My open-format, genre-fluid sets are rooted in Afro rhythms and global grooves, weaving diasporic sounds into experiences designed for connection, movement, and feeling. For me, music is more than sound; it is a language, a memory, and a way of creating space for people to experience something together.

Across coaching, music, writing, teaching, and creative work, the thread remains the same:

Presence. Perception. Self-trust. Expression.

My work is an ongoing study of what it means to know yourself, trust yourself, express yourself, and create accordingly.
